2.Staff Recruitment

Everybody we work with and care for deserves the very best and we stake our reputation on finding the very best people for the job. That’s why we have rigorous recruitment and pre-screening processes to ensure that our staff have the right mix of experience, qualifications, and attitude to meet our high standards as well as our clients’ needs.

Employment background checks:
  • Face-to-face or online interview

The safety of our clients’ customers is our primary concern at We Care. Our rigorous selection processes and induction/orientation program are designed to make sure our team is completely aware of safeguarding principles of each and every client before they deal with any customers.

4.Ongoing Training and Support

At We Care Staffing Solutions, we have mandatory training and development opportunities for our staff, which are made available on a regular basis.
