We Care Staffing is a leading in-home support and community care Service Provider that partners with many health care organisations in Victoria, ACT and NSW. We currently seek Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)/Disability Support Workers (DSW) to work with our clients in the region. If you are committed to and enjoy the challenge of providing comprehensive care, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective evidence-based care to achieve identified health outcomes.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a personal care worker or disability support worker

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Cert III in Aged Care or Cert III in Individual Support

  • Demonstrated competence in the provision of contemporary nursing care

  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team

  • Ability to be flexible for shifts without restrictions and work in different environments each shift

  • Provide two professional referees.

  • Current police check.
