We Care Staffing Solutions was established by a group of people working in the Health Care Industry who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by providing quality care and support. We Care is managed by health care professionals with many years of experience in this most important sector. Our team includes care coordinators, Registered Nurses, support workers and experienced managers. This diversity helps us to understand your needs and your requirements when you request a service from us.

Operating within the scope of health care, We Care Staffing Solutions extends its services towards two different areas:

Home,Community and disability care

As a community care based organization we care is committed to provide excellent and high quality service to the fragile, aged and to the people with disability. We started up by supporting number of big organizations in the Industry and got recognized for our quality and promptness of our service. Gradually we started to feel our growth when we became an approved service provider for TAC, Work Safe and Disability Care Australia.

Now We Care service 30 of its own clients from different funding sources. Also we service around 30 clients a week from different organizations.

We care Nursing Agency

As a nursing Agency our intention is to provide the best staff to assist and comply with your needs, by functioning as a nursing agency we provides the best Div. 1 and Div. 2 nurses also caring staff to Melbourne aged care network in the lowest rates which no other agency care provide

We Care is proudly introducing it new program (Save As You Call) specially designed for Aged Care facilities in and around Melbourne. This Program will roll out in January 2014. This was developed with an idea to support the staffing issues that Aged Care Industry faces.
